About the Role
Not a traditional job. No fixed hours, no managers, and no predefined path. We're looking for a young, visionary entrepreneur who wants to co-build something real, fast, and meaningful alongside a founding team that operates with ownership, speed, and clarity.
What You'll Do
- Co-own and build a product or business vertical from zero to traction
- Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape direction
- Take full ownership of your domain — product, growth, sales, ops, or beyond
- Move fast, iterate continuously, and make decisions independently
- Represent Ravension's vision within your network and community
What We're Looking For
- You understand what entrepreneurship really means and bring a strong entrepreneur mindset. Ambition matters more than credentials
- Ready to move beyond the traditional 9-5 path
- Proven initiative, you've built or failed, launched, or started something (in any form)
- Self-driven with a bias for action over overthinking
- High ownership, clarity of thought, and long-term commitment
